SHIPPING/GOODS HANDLING POLICY 

Goods purchased with us are shipped at the customer's shipping address indicated at the time of purchase within 7 to 14 working days after the payment has been received in full. We will make every effort to ship the goods as soon as possible depending on geographical location and logistics involved.Customers would be promptly advised by e-mail in case of any unexpected delay in goods handling.

All orders placed through our website are confirmed on shipment.We will send you an e-mail advice.

Shipping charges of USD 15-20 on average will be added to the purchase amount depending on the destination and customer's order size.

For orders in USA, shipment can be arranged via UPS or other carriers if requested. Express deliveries can be arranged at special request and at additional cost negotiated with the customer prior to shipment.

We will take the utmost care when shipping fragile and bulky items.Where extra insurance may be required, a customer advice with estimated shipment quote is to be issued by us.Shipment as such will to be executed upon extra charges confirmation only.

All prices indicated on our website are in US Dollars.

No refunds for goods sold are given, however, if the customer wishes to exchange or replace the product to his maximum satisfaction with the equal in value we are ready to meet this request and arrange for a new shipment. New shipping charges as mentioned above will apply.
